Power plant modules are used to upgrade the TL of a power plant, if the spacecraft has a high enough TL command and control module installed.

Note: Haxus changed the default Power Plant Module to a Hydrogen Power Plant module, which converts Hydrogen to electricity.

Update 2017-01-17: Design Analysis Hydrogen Power Plant Module The current power plant module got a slight name change. It is now a Hydrogen Power Plant Module. This is in preparation for other kinds of power plant modules, as suggested by a player.
