Sailboats are a simple watercraft vehicle that can be used to travel across the vast oceans on non-hostile planets. They are the only vehicle that require no fuel to operate.
It is the fastest currently implemented watercraft, beating out the submarine. Top speed is determined by atmosphere density. Speed is shown in knots next to sail indicator.
The sailboat is the only vehicle that can be handcrafted, it requires 7 lumber, 3 textiles, a hammer and a sewing needle.
