Agents work as game masters and moderators in the game. They help players when they are having issues. To do this they have access to some extra abilities and powers. For example they can teleport to any avatar in the universe.
Agents can be identified by the 
agent icon on the Avatars Online window's list.
Haxus is also considered an agent.
