Citizens not Working Farms |

This bug is slightly different from the farms refusing to use water in the city inventory to produce food.
I have a city on an outer world with some farm jobs available. I am able to work these jobs myself and produce food without any issues, but my citizens (~700 in that city currently) will not produce food and therefore receive the starving morale penalty. In the same city there are about 1200 refinery jobs, some of which are to produce air. I'm wondering if citizens might be prioritizing the air production over all else, including food.

After the system emission detection update, all systems with a detected signal are showing up as yellow, even if only cities belonging to my own empire exist in that system.

Windows Extend Offscreen |

I've noticed that a few of the windows in-game can extend outside the extents of the monitor with no option to scroll through them. A good example of this is the designer window where volume is allocated. If a ship has too many systems, the list can make the window long enough to go off the bottom of the screen, with no way to enter values into the fields for those systems.

Merge "For Sale" and "Auction" |

It would be much simpler if the Auction mode was just a checkbox on the For Sale dialog.
For Sale is almost identical to Auction anyway.
Simply add a checkbox next to the price input field that says "Auction", when checked you disable the price input field and do an auction command instead.

Star Map Refresh Sector
It would be nice to be able to refresh any given sector easily.
A right-click context menu option was added to the tree control to refresh one single sector in the star map.
Star Map Update
Star map update takes a long time even if I update one sector.
Fixed partial update of star map.
Star Map Refresh Galaxy
Doesn't work.
Fixed query for a single galaxy in star map.
Star Map Signal Strength
It was requested that all systems show their signal strength bars.
Signal strength is now visible on all systems. A button was added to the toolbar to turn them on|off.
Star Map Scanned Indicator
A scanned indicator would be nice in the star map.
Added a scanned indicator to systems that have been surveyed by your empire. A button was added to the toolbar to turn them on|off.
Star Map Query Clear Current
It was requested that the star map query have an option to clear the local star map data first.
Two check boxes were added to star map query window. - One check clears all star map data when the query is made, so the result is only the query.
- One check fills in the local 3x3x3 box of sectors in the star map, after it is queried.
Star Map Black Sector Names
Sector names in the list are black. They are very hard to read.
Changed the color of unexplored systems to a dull grey/red color.
Star Map Settings Broken
Star map does not always restore its settings.
Star map displayed alone did not restore its settings. Star map displayed as part of tabbed window did restore its settings. This inconsistency was fixed; they both restore their settings now.
Star Map Spacecraft
It was requested that the star map show the location of spacecraft.
Star map now shows the presence of spacecraft.- Information is based on position reports broadcast by all spacecraft every 10 minutes.
- Star map shows spacecraft and stations as an icon, by political stance, with a count of each. e.g. 2 Empire Ships, 1 Enemy Station, etc.
- Ship display toggle added to tool bar.
- Station display toggle added to tool bar.
- Right click a system to request a detailed report of all spacecraft.
- All friend and empire spacecraft are reported.
- Enemy and neutral spacecraft are reported if they are in a system that contains sensors belonging to your empire or a friend empire. Sensors can be provided by cities or spacecraft that are not in deep space.
- Range cannot be precisely determined. A coarse "system range" is applied. Spacecraft are detected if they are in the system and not in deep space.
Empire Standings Ships
The number of spacecraft on the empire standings pages is incorrect.
New style spacecraft were not being tallied. That is fixed.

Loading officer from new style city |

I don't know if this is a bug or operator error.
I am unable to board an officer to my ship from a new style city. Old style ship, if that matters. Officer is available, as are berths on the ship. Tried from orbit, at the airport and at the military airbase.

Destroy Broken Clothing and Suits upon Death |

The reason clothing, suits and armor stops taking damage once it reaches a durability of 1, was so that you wouldn't suddenly become naked when someone shot at you.
This has the weird side effect of having us run around with broken clothing or suits and never noticing it.
Just a minor suggestion would be to have clothing and armor with only one durability point left gets destroyed upon death of your avatar.
If the original issue was that people became naked when their clothing was damaged, a happy middle ground would be to simply only remove clothing when an avatar dies. Since is it not weird for your avatar to wake up naked after respawning.
