  Underground Buildings Exploits

The Weltreich empire's favorite military HQ design is exploitively designed so that it is underground.
This prevents AI ships from attacking the building because they can't get a clear line of sight to the building without hitting terrain.
It also makes it impossible to destroy the buildings without explosive weapons. For example a spacecraft with only a energy weapon bay will be unable to ever destroy it. This is even true when the building is still under construction.

  Destroyed Airports still Detect Interstellar Cities

An airport that has been destroyed, reduced to 0 HP because of a military base and can't be repaired because of missing materials, can still detect cities in other solar systems.

Might be related to the issue with under construction radars too.

  Military HQ Spam Exploit

It is possible to place additional military HQs while the there are no finished military HQs on the world.
This means that you can place more than one military HQ on a world.

This can horribly exploited, which the Weltreich empire has demonstrated to infuriating degree over the last couple weeks.

See attached pictures. Red dots on the map are military HQs.

Also the (Bug report) Power Plant Prevent Military HQ Demolition/Destruction bug makes it impossible to get rid of them even while they are under construction.

  Being in Exploding Building Teleport you to the Other Side of the World

If you are starting inside a building, or close enough onto its site, when the building explode you are teleported to the opposite side of the planet.
My guess it is that you somehow fall through the planet? Not sure.

Easy to reproduce, and really annoying.

A ship of mine seems like it's consuming materials without using them to actually fixing anything. It requests repairs, and all the panels show that it is being fixed, but the health remains at zero.

  Black Holes and Temporary Sub-Space

It might be interesting if every month or so, all the new black holes would open up wormholes to a small area of sub-space, maybe a few sectors in size. Inside this sub-region are exotic materials, and controlling a majority of the space grants empire-wide bonuses to the empire holding the most territory. After a week or two, the region collapses in on itself and all cities inside are lost. Any cities and ships inside are destroyed, and avatars teleported back to the main galaxy.

  Buildings Without Capital

Buildings without capitals are entirely undetectable unless in their system and still function fully. They should still show up on the starmap in the same way that normal cities do, maybe labelled as "structures present".

  Helmsman misses system when warping

Sometimes helmsman misses system when warping to it. Doesn't happen often, probably 1 out of 10 times. Usually with warp 9. Problem is that he wont disengage warp and will spin around for a while. Slows down some afk operations a lot
