I'd pay even more for it, but that because I know the game. For new people 20 would be ok. I guess.
Game must not crash/lockup however and a good, clear, complete tutorial should be present also, that works perfectly. There are no other players to ask questions to in single player. Maybe it should even indicate where controls are located, with arrows or highlights/flashing of the buttons.
