First thing I have to say about french : as it's often longer than english, some text is not displayed correctly and some words are not visible (mostly in main menu afaik).
Noticed there are a lot of clumsy translations, but it was something I expected (I briefly translated some updates of StarMade for the french community, and it was harder than expected to find suitable words).
Some examples (from the side icons):
But in the whole, it seems like a good translation, especially since you have a lot of contextual description (well translated for what I saw).
Last note : Noticed there are some menu and description mismatch. Example : Building (F10) menu is named "Construction" but description says "Bâtiment", the later being the correct one. Another example : Construction (F11) Menu is named "Construction" in side icons but the menu itself is named "La construction", which feels weird.

- Echange de plans (spacecraft exchange) -> Bibliothèque de vaisseaux (not sure about my translation but it feels weird)
- Fabrication à la main (handcrafting) -> artisanat
- Equipement (gear) -> inventaire
- Ordonnance (ordnance) -> "munitions" or "armement"
- Compas (compass) -> boussole
- Carte du monde (World map) -> carte planétaire
- Carte de système solaire (system map) -> carte du système solaire
- Carte stellaire (galactic map) -> "carte galactique" or "carte de la galaxie"
