Resource Scan not matching extraction

#1
Is it possible to roll back a system or something? I scanned a system, then set down a skeletal base and turned off employ citizen of the build work. Had that scene server freeze a bit after and now when I'm setting up a mine on resources, they no longer match the system scan. I've tried clearing caches and ticking the reload data option on updating the galaxy map, but my dudes won't re-scan the system to correct the issue. I've done all this twice and the scan data just doesn't add up to any resource number on another planet or such. I looked for the specific quality comming out of the resources and it's the same for most of them (scan readout not matching other resources on other planets). At a bit of a loss, as I can't plan for just building extractors blindly across 80+ zones.

What exactly is but matching up? Are you sure you are on the correct world and in the correct resource zone? Maybe a picture would help us understand your issue.

There is nothing you can do to fix it, since it shouldn't be possible that it is wrong. System surveys aren't actually reading the system, it just uses the same seed as the solar system generation and generate the survey based on that.

If there really is an issue, you will have to let the solar system decay or have Haxus look at it. A solar system decays if it has no buildings, spacecraft, vehicles or players for over a week, this means you can't even visit or fly through the solar system. But even if the solar system decays and is re-generated, it will still becomes the same exact solar system.

I can fly over the resource icons on this RIngworld, set up mines or wells, and the resources for mines do not match the scanned values, and the wells turn up only water instead of the Oil / NatG. So not only are the scans wrong, but the resource icons aren't entirely lined up either.
I'll edit some screens together in a few minutes to show.

We are talking about the quality levels, right? For example: The survey says that resource zone 2 on ringworld arc 3 has quality 200 Ore. You build a Mine and the Ore it produces isn't quality 200?

What do you get if you forage from the rocks instead of using a building?

The icons aren't what matters. The top-down view's resource icons just show that there are rocks of that resource type in that location. You then build a building on top of those rocks, the number of each rock type determine how many workshops you can assign to mining each resource type.

When placing the Mine/Well, if you hover the building placement over the location for a moment it will tell you how many rocks are within the building's site if you place it there.
Afterwards you can confirm it on the Building window's Building tab, it will show a list of resource rocks at the building's site.

I'm attempting to get back to the ringworld to check, but game stopped responding and looks like my Main might be in limbo again. Going to try my Alt backup now. Yeah 2 systems have stopped responding as of about 45 minutes ago (5:05 PM, GMT+6), so apparently will have to wait till they get back up again.

1) If my dude's not in Limbo again, I can get back to check the 'rocks' on the ground and manual harvest to see what turns up or if there are even any present. I'll edit this if either main or backup can make it back there. It's a weird mixture of wrong qualities on Mine resources (while their locations seem fine), and vacant / misaligned Well resources. Farms seem to work a bit differently, but their qualities are borked too. These errors are limited to the Ringworld.

2) That is how I usually approach laying down extractors, always referencing the resource number to ensure it's including all the resources intended (start with a wide range building hovered over it, then switch to smaller ranges while keeping their max output numbers). I tried just going with huge area wells over a few of these Oil resources; the Wells show say... 16 available. I plop the building down and construct it, and nothing but water shows up when it's built. Oddly, the mines output the right resources, but the wrong qualities, but locations seem fine as the icons showing which rocks are there look accurate and show the right number of resources. Even more oddly - on other planets in the system - both the values and locations seem to be fine (though I've only put one colony on a Titan across 2 zones so far, before lag set in).

Okay, main avatar's back outta limbo and had a chance to check Oil areas in question.
I went to site where 6 oil / NG were marked as present. I found multiple nodes on the ground indicating Q175 when ID'd via '~' hotkey. I manually harvested a few nodes, and the gathered quality was Q120. You can see that in the chatlog below. Then I went to build a Well on the resource to check that out, and again got nothing but water and no options for Oil.

Below are a couple mining snapshots. IDs of rocks on ground, and harvested quality, plus icon listing nodes present.

While I was flying back to the RW from that Titan planet I'd been checking out, the nav marker was some place in empty space -but still within system, which my ship navigated to, and then magically teleported to where the graphics showed the RW (or the RW teleported to the marker I'd navigated to, I didn't expect that to happen so was caught off guard and didn't check distances to other bodies before / after 'teleport').

Dunno if Haxus will want it left as is for checking out, if he's even got time for that, so leaving it as is for now.
