Asteroid Belts cause huge performance issues

As you can see, it could be that your Nvidia settings aren't utilizing your graphics card for hazeron. For me it's not as severe, I can run hazeron at 30FPS in most cases on my laptop's IGPU as it's ~40% slower than a GT640, but your HD2500 is VERY slow compared to the GT640.

That's why am I surprised. I can't get the source of slowdown.

Got the coordinates in a PM.

I landed on the habitable world in the system. The in-game FPS counter was about 30 for me while on the surface.
Only real thing I noticed was that there are two asteroid belts in the solar system, not too far from the habitable world too.

I also got asteroid belts in my home system, visible from the home world. Maybe this is causing some performance issues?
I'll have to compare with a few other systems.

Anr, how many light sources you have enabled?

Light sources: 8. It was "default" settings. Same issue on "low memory" (4 sources).

Anyway, finally at my laptop; what I was getting at with my previous post about integrated GPU's...

Surely you have Hazeron in your Nvidia control panel utilizing the "high performance NVIDIA processor"?

I only have nVidia GPU available, thus don't have this switch.

If you are on Windows 10, you can also try this: https://i.imgur.com/zIpes1P.png

In addition, you can try the following settings in NVIDIA Control Panel:

Same problem here, game runs smoothly, but it's enough for system to have rings, to make it crawl at very low FPS.

Pam-param-pampam…

That gave me an idea.

Yes, it looks like ring is a culprit. Created a new character, and the game runs just fine.
