Here's hoping future limbo is infrequent and not as bad.
The lag in my home system seems to be basically gone right now too, which is amazing because it used to be one of the worst systems I would visit.
As an interesting note though, it seems I had two cities decay in a system despite it being in my home. Seems like it is the same as this: https://www.hazeron.com/mybb/showthread.php?tid=2709
I can't determine the exact reason since the final decay email is all I got, and I can't figure out a way to view any past reports.
