Description / story : Once the Kadeshi Protectorate knew about the asteroid, they began to quickly develop technologies to be able to destroy it. When they theorized gravity drives, they understood that ressources required for this technology wasn't on their world. The project named UT-47 was given to a young space corporation : Naabal Shipyards. They developed their first prototype of a functional spacecraft under a year, and finished a completely working ship half a year after that. The ship, a small shuttle using rocket drives named UT-47 "Rocket", was successfully tested and exploited until the UT-47 "Kodiak" was finished.

Purpose : Shuttle

Description / story : A straight upgrade from the UT-47 "Rocket", this ship is basically the same hull and interior. The only difference are the technologies used : rocket drives were replaced by their new gravity counterpart, and life support could maintain a gravity for the crew. It's crewed by a pilot, a navigator, and assisted by sensor and engineer consoles ; all of them commanded by an officer.

Description / story : When it became clear the UT-47 chassis was too small to be able to destroy the asteroid, Naabal Shipyards began the development of a newer and bigger chassis class. The corvette had to be bigger to get better guns, and additionnally to house the best sensors they could make. But it had to be small enough to maintain a good velocity while being realistically manufacturable. The Ibis chassis was born, later used for the Ibis "Busteroid".
After the successful asteroid destruction, the ship was delayed to house the most recent technologies researched. It has a shield system, two Personal Transporter pads, a brand new WormHole drive and smaller sensors and weapons. It was ready for exploring the other solar systems.

Purpose : Asteroid Buster
Shipyard : Sobani Armament Systems
Cost : free
Required techs : gravity - energy weapons
Description / story : Another space corporation was created from Naabal Shipyards for the sole task of developing a weapon good enough to destroy the asteroid. The new Sobani Armament Systems quickly understood they would need more than a shuttle to properly transport and power such a big gun. When they heard about the Ibis project they decided to use it as their chassis, leading to a prototype after a year and half of hard work. It worked great and impressed the Sajuuk-Khar himself, so the few problems were fixed and the first Ibis "Busteroid" was manufactured. Christened "KPF Last Hope", it effectively destroyed the asteroid after a couple years.
It features relatively simple technologies : gravity drives, housing a big energy bay coupled with deep system range sensors. No space nor energy was left for anything else.
