Can confirm I have at least 1 system with wrong survey : Ysandar (FVR'WPF'XI'h).

The survey said that Alpha 1 was a frigid 7600m planet with a 3800m moon and Q251 Lumenite.
The fact is that Alpha 1 is a 7600m gas giant with a 17000m large moon and Q134 Lumenite.
