Agreed. Being able to build super cryo ships would be interesting. Though filling them up with people might be a problem.
Another thing is perhaps allowing as many cryo-births as you can fit but making storing citizens in cryo require something on the ship, like a special cryo-liquid derived from Cryozine. So you'd have to keep a stock of it on board to basically fuel cryo-pods or else the colonists die. This would make having smaller cryo-ships safer but also put a maximum size/distance cryo ships can travel depending on how it's balanced.
