add some blinking effects to stars. this way it looks way more alive.
You know, they do not blink in reality, right?
i mean, they get perceived through eyeballs on the surface of planets, so i dont really see why that would not be a thing here as well
There is already a flicker effect applied to stars from the surface of planets when seen through an atmosphere, according to Haxus. I've never noticed it myself, but this may already be in the game.
Actual stars flicker when seen through atmosphere. Background texture, of course, do not.
