Broker doesn't show how many shipments it can have scheduled.
Just a simple "2/10" to show that 2 shipments are scheduled out of 10 possible.
Can just show as "?/10" when the list isn't loaded yet.
This was not an issue for old-style brokers because it was based on number of broker levels, but now there is no way to see how many shipments can be scheduled without looking at the blueprint details.
