Drilling Rigs aren't connected to wharfs, when I go to a near enough capital and work the site the resources won't go to it despite I have a wharf and it's certainly in range, and I absolutely have the material

What does the "Building" tab of the Drilling Rig say? Is the Wharf connected to anything?

There is no "range" for trade connection. Either you have a Wharf on your world, or you don't.

It says it's connected by sea and air to all other buildings but it still won't take the resources in.
