In this save I have more processes running then I have population,
I have a population of 4 (from the Atlantis ship with cryos onboard)
And somehow all my jobs are ticking away with workers,
I only have this one small beginning of a town, there is another native species on the planet that is different to mine if that makes any difference.

Sounds normal. Things may be running slower than usual but they will run your processes
So it is normal for every job to filled even tho I don't have that many population?

Basically imagine your population running around like crazy overworked chickens. They don't assign themselves to a specific task, instead they work on a little bit of everything. There is a priority: Power, Air, Food and so forth (I'm not sure what the exact priority is these days but you get the idea).
With limited population the production will be slow. As the population grows it balance out once population >= jobs.

Yeah that is true.
Unless you are seeing a manufacturing line with more more workers on it than there are population, it isn't really an issue.
Also, if it is not the only city on the world, or if there are homes outside your city's jurisdiction, you might have more population than you think. Citizens will work any jobs on their world, even if they have to commute to the other side of the world.
All manufacturing lines seemed to running with only 4 pop, no other city's.
But if that's normal then I will roll with that.
