Ship doesn't cycle mission orders, for example when selling items or categories to a city with an officer in chain of command and having the Con.
Ship also cannot sell electricity to a city anymore either, not sure if by design or if a bug but the sell electricity is still an option.
What pricing did you set in the order?

Any Price. Though I just tried sell for actual price (at 0 chronos) and the AI only does it once then doesn't continue the mission order.

Selling by hand works, but officer does not sells electricity.

Really? I just did this yesterday. For two different colonies. I have to ask, did your officer have the con?
Mine did, why they don't cycle as of before the impending restart?
EDIT: Now tested again, still doesn't work after the restart. Deantwo can teleport to my location and prove this btw.
