If you destroy that ancient rockets on Aircraft Factory spot to build something new, parking lots will not become free.

Please supply the building blueprint's ID and name.

Chances are that the building's parking spot is a "Space Rocket Parking Spot", which can only house space rockets. You can normally see this by rather or not the rocket was standing on its tail, or laying down.

Ah, yes, I did shoot down only standing ones.
Lying rockets filling both type parking.

No bug then.
Its pain just to move it several meters to the side without jump out the atmosphere.
