Launch from your home planet, I would take it slow, get to a speed like 300 and kill the engines ( Del )

then Hold Q andpoint to your moon

Q kills lateral movement so it will prevent gravitational bodies from dragging you or altering your course.

Once you get gravity drive, you don't need to Hold Q anymore. The rest of the flight controls are the same.
