When approaching a specific portion of my capital city, the game becomes an unplayable mess. My framerate drops below 1 and it becomes tedious to even get out of the laggy area.
The rest of the city/planet is working perfectly fine. I only encounter those problems when approaching a specific portion of the city, which has no particular building designs compared to the rest of the planet.
