Large Lag Spikes
There have been a few large lag spikes.
I believe the problem was found/fixed, caused by the destruction of some buildings that decayed.
Server Crash
A couple of servers crashed during the feeding frenzy of decaying buildings.
Fixed some code that was operating on an object after it was destroyed.

When you surrender a city as founder, does the person you surrender it to become the new founder?
If not, perhaps there should be a way to track and transfer founder-level rights to other people. So, for example, you could resign your own position in your empire and give your cities to someone new, while still not giving the higher authorities absolute control over them - so that the new person has the same rights you did.
Also, phew about the buildings! The neutral zone has completely collapsed and the conflict zone's being pushed hard.

I think it might be useful to be able to transfer your founder's rights voluntarily, though I suppose that would require tracking a little bit more information to keep a recordĀ of the original founder.
That would immediately allow the existence of permanent, inheritable entities within nation states, introducing private company, feudal, federal or colonial gameplay at a single stroke...

My rationale was that the citizens developed an emotional attachment to the founder that could not be transferred. Anything else is just governance.
But in the interest of accommodative game play, why not. It's not a big deal to preserve an owner in addition to a founder.
You would have to do it while in the same empire as the city, so you have access to the Cities and Bases window.
Founder rights will really be owner rights because the founder is automatically the owner. Once ownership is transferred, the founder should have no authority.

On that note, changing the founder of a city is super easy if you just bulldoze all the police stations and then replace the capitol (and police stations).
We still don't really have any reason to keep a city. Old city has equal value to a new city.
Could do something simple like adding a morale bonus as the city gets older. Maybe "Math.Ceiling(Math.Log(city.AgeInWeeks, 2))" or something.
